ePub->pdf:Please help to overcome long standing Kindle pdf bug
Since day one all Kindle models feature the unfortunate bug displaying PDFs: Partially filled pages display text as vertically centered (see attached images).
Most often this happens to annotations and pages last in chapters.
Is there any hope Calibre will take care of this in the ePub->pdf conversion?
