It looks like OP was in the glossary. It's quite possible the EOB was coded at the end of the text, not the end of the glossary, with the expectation that most people don't read the glossary front to back.
I think the feature is cool, actually. I have a miserable time keeping track of series books and haven't found really good way to do it that isn't labor-intensive that I can use when I'm away from wifi. (When I have wifi, I use FictFact.)
