Unless you have a need (or even want) the slightly bigger screen and water resistance of the H20, I'd keep the Glo as long as it's still working as it should. As already said, you won't get much more text on the Aura H20 in .8" of bigger screen space. And remember the reader will be larger if you normally carry it around with you. And a larger screen might make it a bit more susceptible to flexing and cracking the substrate depending on how careful you normally are with your readers.

For me the Glo is the perfect size. And there won't be any difference in how cold affects either reader, both will slow down some when it's freezing outside.
