Did you contact CS?
They sent me a coupon code for a free book (very limited selection to choose from) for buying an H2O and it definitely didn't work.
I contacted CS, they emailed back asking for screenshots (I sent 3, but I'm sure that was overkill) and they responded with a new code that worked.
