Yes, the books I finished reading after installing 3.12.0 sync their ratings to the website fine, but the ones that I had already finished before 3.12.0 don't.
I have tried "re-reading" one of the books that I finished before 3.12.0 by going to the last page and turning one more page, and the rating/stats page comes up after I turn the last page, but the rating still doesn't sync. I guess this could be intentional, they might only want the rating from the first time the book is read.
