I just received an email from Cover-Up regarding the magnet faux pas but my offer was not as generous. They told me I could keep the cover and receive a discount or mail it back for a refund. I replied asking if I could get the same offer as above.
Update: The customer service representative has offered to send me a replacement cover when they become available.
