Did you ever have a second computer monitor attached to your computer before Calibre 64-bit stopped working? Did you ever have a higher resolution monitor hooked up to your computer before Calibre 64-bit stopped working?

I'm wondering if the dialog is coming up off the screen and because you cannot see it, you can do anything with it and it then appears that Calibre is frozen.
