I have my Hemp Cover-Up cover now. It seems well made except for the magnet issue. I do have a gripe with the design, though. There is a one centimeter gap between the spine of the cover and the left edge of the H2O. Since there is an elastic loop to hold a stylus I assume this gap is to leave room for one, however it allows the top cover to shift a full centimeter left and right when closed. If I stick a stylus in the elastic loop, it takes care of the cover shifting problem but then I have the stylus flopping around in the elastic loop when the cover is open.
These are just minor gripes, though, and I do like this cover much more than the Kobo Sleepcover.
