Really thx for your response, I know it's a non reccomended library configuration, but i'm the only one writing and deleting from those libraries so i should not have much problems and so i can use COPS on my nas . I solved the issue just deleting support for SMB2 ( and waiting for the nas to accept it :-) ) , hope it can help.
