No, it is only one-way. There isn't enough information collected to recreate them.
Thanks. The "remove all" feature is far too extreme for my purpose tough. It would delete all annotations, even the ones I don't want removed. I had in mind a check box selection thingy so I could select just the highlighted words to remove, and leave the legitimate notes and highlights remaining...
