The fastest way to do this is to long press on the collection, and select "Add/Remove Books" (or whatever the exact wording is). You'll then get a listing of all your books, with a checkbox alongside each one. Tap the checkbox to add the book to the collection. There's also a menu item to add all the books on the page.
Much faster than adding one book at a time.
