Nope. I just don't take much of each. A dipper of this, a spoon-full of that. Total of the mains = two large plate-fulls. Tasting each rather than filling up on one or the other. I save my appetite for the crepe, ice cream, whip cream, and chocolate sauce.

Keep in mind, I walk 10k almost every day, fence hard two days a week, and generally don't eat fried foods or sweets, no soda, no cake. I'm still wearing the size 34 or size 36 pants I shrunk down to in Japan.
