Black Sony PRS-650 with Black Sony OEM Cover
Reader is in very good condition and battery is excellent. I charged it up and sent it off with my daughter to college in August. She read only a few chapters on it and I dug it out of her stuff today and it had 1/4 battery remaining.

It's missing the two plastic inserts for the SD and Sony memory card, but has the original pen. No micro USB included, only the reader and the cover. The cover had a little bit of wear.

Price is $25 which includes shipping to the lower 48.
