Discworld is not religious and where it does mention gods and such, it does so in a make fun of way. It's not serious and it's humorous. A lot of fantasy books mention gods of some kind. If you let that stop you from reading, then you close yourself off to a lot of fantasy.

Discworld is a fun series that makes fun of a lot of fantasy stories. It doesn't take religious seriously at all. The witches have nothing to do with Wicca. In fact in one of the books, a od is turned into a small turtle. It's just fun and well worth reading.
