They said it was my choice if I wanted to send it back or not. I am as I don't need it now as I have another cover. I also wondered if they need to return as many as they have to the supplier, but I can understand keeping it if you don't have another case. I had a similar thing happened with my ipad air case from Snug but in that situation i kept the case.

They did send a pre paid label for the return but it's not through Amazon it's direct to them, which is fine by me.

Edited to say I've just checked the item on Amazon and they have lowered the price back to £9.95, it was £16.95 after Christmas Eve, and they have removed the sentence regarding the sleep wake function so I guess they are going to try and sell what they can of the existing stock as non sleep wake covers.
