Thanks. I went to bed frustrated, and tried again when I got up. Seems like other devices I have had, timing was everything. I managed to finally hit the correct timing on the 4 reset button presses and got the factory reset screen after hours of not being able to accomplish this yesterday.
Thanks for the help. I am sure I will frequent this forum.
I am interested in having a backup of the SD image, and I'll look back through this thread to find the best way to do this. Is this possible without removing the SD card from H20?
