Nope, any file I open, if there's a tag, it goes AFTER the <. I tried beautifying, and it changes nothing.
I have no idea what your W7 64 means. Oh, just got it I think - windows 7, 64bits? If so, I'm using Windows 8.1, 64bits.
No, my example is just that, something typed up off the top of my head. I have no clue how to do a screen shot, so can't do that, and it wouldn't really show the problem anyway, just where the cursor ends up.
