Just got off the phone with Amazon. They have done away with
Deauthorize all devices at one time once a year option!
I had to get them to remove all devices so I could start over. Poor guy had trouble he had to remove one by one then I had two in queue to be deauthorize and those didn't show up for him. I had to reauthorize them so he could have access to them.
I told him it's Christmas and you know how it is you get new devices and get rid of the old and you don't want to wait 30 days to play music on your new toy. He understood.
OMG
What an Idiot! The other person deauthorized all my eReader Devices!! Everything including my Kindles which have no Audio.
My Kindle 4 PC which had alot of books pending. I think I am going to cry now.
He told me he saw 7 Devices and he had to do it one by one he never as he read off the names mentioned my eReaders. It seems the first person who I dealt with did this. I think I am going to go cry now.
