I happened upon this song due to the song "(Gary Please Don't Sell) My Diamond Ring" by Wendy Hill. After a listen or two it became one of my favorite songs:

What I find so striking about the song is that there is so much going on at the same time throughout most of the song giving it an almost Wall-Of-Sound sound, yet the beginning and end are so unlike the rest of the song.
