I've heard back now too. They said the magnet is in the wrong place on ALL their cases. They will replace the cover but it will be at least 6 weeks. I left a three star review, I'll edit it tonight. I feel quite sorry for them as no doubt they are pee'd off today but rather than rush shipping on Christmas Eve perhaps they should have checked the stock first.
