I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but when anyone says it's OK to read Discworld in any order, kick that person in the shins. That person is trying to spoil what is a very good series for you by lying to you. It's NOT OK to red Discworld out of order.
The reading order for Discworld is the order in which it was published. The list at Fantastic Fiction will show you the correct order for Discworld.
