Oh you mean you need to know how to turn on let third party apps be installed? Go to settings/Applications then at the top Apps from unknown sources turn that on. That allows you to install sideloaded apps.

The Pro version is completely compatible. Amazon just doesn't like competition. Just install the Amazon app store on your non Fire Android Device and log into the same account that has your Fire register. Install Moon+ on the device then use ES File Explorer to send it to the Kindle Fire to install.
