Thank you for that. It was very interesting to read how unreliable most SSDs are. That's why I don't recommend them for a desktop computer. A laptop is OK as the power going out won't be an issue as the battery will keep the SSD alive.
So if you want an SSD for a desktop, make sure it's battery backed up or you buy the Intel S3500 SSD. Are other Intel SSD as good if the power goes out?
