I went back and using the Content Server connection, I downloaded a single CBR. The cover, series, and everything else is there. It therefore must be a problem with either having CC sync the books when connecting as a wireless device and the book files not connecting with their counterparts in Calibre to download the metadata.

I did it the way I did because the CBR files are pretty big and I thought it would be faster to only connect the data and not have to wirelessly download a couple hundred comics over the network. On the other hand, I guess all it would take it time.

So, do I have to start over from scratch, or is there a fix?
