The main Calibre system does not understand the idea of a specific device -merely device types. Therefore there is no standard way to distinguish between two Kindle's.
The Reading List plugin IS device aware - but it is not really that suitable for news. Still worth looking at as it provides a nice way to selectively load eBooks to different devices.
I expect that there is a way. Of doing what you want via the Calibre CLI - but I am not sure of how so unless you want to look into that yourself you are going to have to wait and see what others mig suggest.
