If your JB version is the latest (1.14N I think) you should be able to reinstall your hacks. The difference is that you need to install the packages using the MRInstaller extension of KUAL instead of placing the .bin files in the root directory. Kual should still work without reinstalling (MKK, which is needed to run KUAL is now included in the JB)
There is currently no way to downgrade to an earlier FW....strongly recommend you install BackDoorLock to prevent these OTA sneak updates.
