Huckleberry Christmas (Amish, clean) by Jennifer Beckstrand
Season of Desire by Theresa Romain

I am starting All He Wants for Christmas by Lisa Plumley

My favorite was No Christmas Like the Present. It is a little paranormal but very good. My second favorite is Huckleberry Christmas. These are both very clean romances. If you want some spice Christmas in Cowboy Country. I enjoyed Season of Desire but it felt to similar so many other historical romances published.
So far Madeleine's Christmas Wish was my least favorite.
