1) Every firewall (program) is slightly different. I seriously recommend you do NOT disable your firewall entirely. Depending on circumstances, even a short 'test' disable could be bad. How well do you trust your WiFi neighbors ?

The green (part) numbers are not important OTHER than they are the same
(If your WiFi is part of the same broadband router, they will be the same)

Your router needs to allow Peer connectivity (2 WiFi devices talking to each other. )
You may need a local, TRUSTED, techie friends help.
