IIRC, the original StarDict website used to offer some (illegally converted) commercial Babylon dictionaries for download, before it was shut down, but none of the home-made StarDict dictionaries that I've see so far even remotely matches the quality of commercial dictionaries, except for some Latin and Ancient Greek dictionaries, which usually have a sufficient number of entries and inflection support.

They still do but I only grabbed the ones under GPL. The Webster Dictionary 1913 is PD and is really nice and I use it alot.
