Finding any epic fantasy with as little sex/romance in it as The Lord of the Rings is probably impossible.

I don't remember anything explicit in The Belgariad series by David Eddings but it has been some time since I read it.

Magician (the Riftwar Saga) by Raymond E. Feist might also suit. But again, it's some time since I've read the series.

Not quite such 'high fantasy' but perhaps

The Wizard of Earthsea by Ursula Le Guin. (& the next two sequels)
So You Want To Be A Wizard? by Diane Duane (& lots of sequels)
The Misenchanted Sword by Lawrence Watt-Evans (& lots more in the same universe)
