You could google for Adobe Digital Editions and down load the reader directly. But beware; there is an an extensive thread somewhere - on the General>Discussion forum I think - in which people express lots of concern about Adobe retrieving information in clear without telling the user. The thread also has information about getting one of the earlier ADE versions which work just as well but don't steal private information.

I presume you're saying to install ADE 2.0.1 and NOT ADE 3.0 ? or is there an earlier version that would be better?
