I have kept a record on Lotus 123, then Excel, since January 1992. The list just includes leisure reading, no business or college books. On the listing I include title, author, publisher, start & end reading dates, short summary of the book, if it has sequels, etc. Since starting to read ebooks in January 2001, on a Sharp Wizard, book size in KB of TXT was included and summed by year. TXT excludes any pictures, charts, etc. thus gives a good indication of the actual text length of a book. Lets you know if you’re reading more or less then in prior years. Now with the Sony PRS-500 the number pages in the preferred in “M” font are also listed and summed by year.
