One problem is that not many of the independent booksellers are selling the H2O. That means it might not be on display for people to see know they can buy one. And for the shops that are selling the H2O, they are not listed on Kobo's website as selling the h2O so people won't know which stores in the US are selling and won't go looking.
I did find a shop here that is selling the H2O. But I do not know if they have a display.
