The newest firmware is available on Sony's support website.

When I got my T2 I just went to Sony for the firmware update. Now, if you want to downgrade your firmware, that will be a different story.

(You'll have to select an Operating System to see the files, but the firmware is the same no matter what OS you're using.)

EDIT: Well, at least I assumed it didn't matter. When I chose OSX it didn't give me a drop-down for the firmware(?). Just choose one of the Windows' versions, then you'll get to choose the firmware download.
