Scratch that I cancel and went with the LG Volt. It has a SD Card Slot the other doesn't Amazon already charge me but was able to cancel the order now I just have to wait for the pending charge to fall off. Not a big deal didn't plan to do anymore shopping soon.
It's not officially called a G2, but there are two versions of the Moto G: the 2013 and 2014 versions. The G2 refers to the 2014 version. I have the Moto X 2014... I think Motorola's official designation is X+1, but you'll see people refer to it as the Moto X2 and Moto X 2nd gen. The 2nd gen has a bigger screen and a few other design differences from the first gen Moto X. I can't speak directly to the Moto G, but I understand it is the Moto X's little brother (smaller screen and not all the features of the Moto X). I love my Moto X though.
