Sometimes it is a bit distracting. In a good way I guess. I am usually looking at the "scene" from one direction, until more is wrote about the exact orientation. Then everything spins around, sometimes spinning back to what I initially thought. Deamonreach, in my head, changes quite drastically the first time he appears. With hood, no hood, talking with a voice and mouth, then without voice.
