I think the OP wants to change "Merwe, Carel van der" in Author Sort to "van der Merwe, Carel"

Note the lack of capitalisation, I think that's how an Afrikaaner would write it, the Dutch and/or Flemish may capitalise the 'van der', not sure. Note that I moved two tokens.

If it was "John, James Alfred St" I would want " St John, James Alfred". Here I move one token.
