I just watch an
Alton Brown video. He shows a neat trick for getting the cookie shaped and into the pan without it falling apart.
So I cooked my dough and it was too sticky to rolled out although I tried. It turn out to be super cakey and puffy. So I rolled them in powder sugar. I don't know if less flour caused it or what.
