Oberons hold their value and they are good quality - but, and it is, as Harry says, a totally subjective thing - personally I don't like cases that use elastic to hold the corners and for the Voyage, the covers are big. Which would mean that if you dropped it on it's edge you'd prob be fine as there's plenty of material to absorb the impact.
I'm fed up with trawling and have decided to make my own. Oberon's small journal covers are the best fit in terms of dimensions and I''m going to see if I can take the 'tray' holder out of a cheap light weight cover and attach it to the inside of their journal (scalpel, sand paper, good glue). Then it's just a question of magnetising the right place to get the on/off function. We shall see. The initial damage will be to the cheap cover and if that goes well, I'll tamper with the journal.
As for cost, well that's up to the person paying - no?
