I just did a cursory search for "von" and that's all I found.
Didn't actually try to figure out what it does.
... and now I look a little more and am entirely confused as to how this is supposed to work, but I could
swear calibre had something to stick van/von/de/stuff lastname prefixes to the lastname...
And now I am thinking way too much about foreign languages so my head hurts.
