AT&T is spotty here once you leave the city and head anywhere. Verizon still dominates the area due to their Alltel buy out. |
In East Tennessee myself, US Cellular is also an option and their coverage is nearly as good as Verizon's now. They've really expanded their 4G coverage this past year too. AT&T has horrible coverage, even in town at the base of a mountain and right in line of sight of a tower. It
should get insanely good coverage, and does for everything but AT&T. I don't think they even try any more.
