I'm unfamiliar with the formatting convention in the Plucker desktop, so I'm not sure exactly what URLs you're looking to filter (particularly in the second and third lines), but I assume that these are similar filters to what Sunrise offers. Check this portion of this Sunrise Tutorial Wiki:

and I think it will answer your questions. (Scroll up to Figure 7, which is the "figure" referred to in the title). As I understand it, in Sunrise, the only priority you can assign to a filter is based on the order in which they are listed; the highest level filter will work first. Hope this helps.
