Can someone please remind me of how the following Plugin should look.
My old PC died, and I can't find the (very) old post that gave me the coding initially.

I'm looking to have setout as follows:

{Series Index (needs up to 3 digits} : {Title} : {Series} : Author.

*Colons would be included, as shown.
