After installing the latest 5.6.x PW2 firmware update, which added Dutch (and Russian) user interface/keyboard support, the Van Dale Groot Woordenboek dictionaries as well as a couple of bilingual Oxford dictionaries were added to my Manage Your Contents and Devices Amazon page as available downloads.
Also, AFAIK, the latest iOS/Android Kindle apps now offer the Van Dale dictionaries (but not the bilingual Oxford dicionaries) as optional downloads.
