I won back in March and I just contacted CS (at the time they had live chat, but they don't anymore) and they said I was still the winner, but their system had a glitch. After I contacted them I received the email the following day. - From other CS dealings, I do not believe this was a coincidence.
I did have another member contact me about this because they won (months later) and had a lot of trouble getting their free ereader.

They will honor their winnings, you just have to keep on top of them in terms of contacting customer service. It usually takes them one business day to respond a customer service email, so it will be slow if you choose that route.
