Then I looked over the list of Encore Books that Amazon sells and noticed that all of their cookbooks are written by really only a handful of authors. If there were a large number of different authors, it would be much more difficult to believe that all of them had taken recipes from other sites and put them into their cookbooks. With a handful, though, it is much more plausible. It's interesting, too, that almost all of the cookbooks have "Encore Books" as one of the authors. Could it be that all or most of the individual-people authors are innocent and that it is the co-author (Encore Books) that is the culprit? |
I suspect that there is one "author" and that's the one putting the books into the store. The rest of the author names simply being made up.
