When the kids were little and my wife had a couple days off from work, I (a stay-at-home dad) negotiated a day off to go into "the city" (New York). At 8:00 AM my wife woke me up to ask if I didn't want to get started on my day off!!!
And my standard response to the question, "What do you want for Fathers' Day?" was:
"All I want for Fathers' Day is to hear my lovely wife saying, "Good afternoon, dear. It's time to get up!"
(And I'm currently having a glass of milk with dinner.)
