Not that it mattered in this case: without plaintiffs they had no case anyway.
They scraped up a replacement plaintiff from arstechnica readership when Apple found their plaintiffs weren't valid.

Still.

I hate DRM but this was a pretty badly executed/argued/justified lawsuit.
