I'll give it a try. I already set my white Glo back, but I noticed my black Glo doesn't have a dictionary installed, either. So I am syncing it now, and if it goes up to 3.12, I'll take a look at the font size slider.

Or I will, except that it's frozen. sigh. I hate syncing Kobo devices. eta that glo didn't update. But I put 3.12.0 on my Mini and my Aura and patched them. Don't really see any difference between 11 & 12.
