Use the "Tablet" setting. The main thing these profiles define is the maximum size of images on the device. Anything bigger will be resized to fit. Using the Tablet profile means they don't get resized and it is up to the device/reader application to resize when displaying the image I think this is the best thing to do with current devices and into the future.
